Custom Paintings
Rita creates custom works to honor the beings and places that speak to your heart. The MemoryBox Project creates keepsakes, memorializing people, animals, and places or a particular time. From family pictures to pet portraits, from birthing to breastfeeding or babywearing moments, Rita creates the perfect image for your wall to honor you and your experience.
Working from your high-resolution photos, Rita will create the perfect image for you, whatever that may be. She is very open and communicative during the creative process. Email or Zoom is always available to brainstorm ideas.
Prices depend on the materials, size, and subject(s). Watercolors are generally the most affordable option, starting at $200-300 sliding scale for an 18×12-inch paper, with an additional $50 per person/pet/subject or up-size. This price use to start at $300 pre-pandemic, but we know these are trying times. Oil paintings start at $450 for a 16×20-inch piece for one person or subject, with an additional $50 per extra person or pet or up size. That said, we don’t turn down projects for the lack of funds, sliding scales, payment plans, barters always welcome, so don’t be shy to reach out and discuss!
Shipping tracked & insured is free for watercolors and rolled canvases in NA, and at cost with mounted canvases.
